Shipping Policy

We ship in-stock items within 3 business days (Monday - Friday, excluding holidays), and on occasions when we can't, we'll let you know.

We deliver via GLS or a comparable delivery service.

Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes.

For delivery you will be charged € 1,95.

Return Policy

We want you to be happy with your products from doopproducts.com.

You may exchange or return products, if not being used or damaged for a full refund, within 8 days.

In the case of an exchange, shipping for the new item will be free of charge.

However, we do not refund return shipping charges, unless we made an error.
